Team Leader :

• In charge for the commercial lending clients in Construction and Material Industries (Portfolio size = 3,000 MB., 160 Accounts)
• Manage team to achieve the goals: Income generation, Credit quality, Control loan conditions
• Strategy and Planning: Target Group, Pricing, Policy-Procedure-Process, Monitor and Report.

Relationship Manager :

• Marketing and Cross Sell : Source prospects and develop new customer relationships for the commercial lending clients in General industries.(New credit set up 650 MB./Year)
• Develop and manage relationships with existing clients and ensure that business volume is maintained
• Analyze customer's business operation, macro & micro information, and financial information to evaluate the risk and opportunities
• Present business overview, credit proposals, and risk mitigation to credit committee.

• Analysis and auditing of financial data and source of repayment to identify ability to pay including the credit concern and how to mitigate
• Contribute to further development of credit strategy, policies, manuals, and procedures
• 2010-2011 was a member of the credit approval system development team (RRCS Phase 1-2)
• 2011-2014 was a credit trainer for Branches and Direct Sales Team.
