-Manage sales channels including marketplace platforms, Facebook, LINE, and the company website
-Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services
-Recommend suitable products and services based on customer needs (analyze customers’ construction projects and suggest appropriate materials and equipment)
-Coordinate and support customers to ensure smooth transactions (present and demonstrate construction materials and equipment to clients)
-Build strong relationships with customers and understand their requirements
-Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
-Collaborate with vendors, delivery personnel, and after-sales service teams
-Report customer feedback or issues to the relevant departments
-Prepare and submit daily sales reports
-Manage the company’s sales channels, including website, Facebook, LINE, Shopee, Lazada, NocNoc, and JD Central
-Provide accurate product information to customers and maximize sales conversions
-Update product listings and stock levels in the system daily, and adjust product pricing in accordance with monthly promotions across all sales platforms
-Handle product claims, exchanges, and cancellations efficiently
-Collaborate with the accounting, warehouse, and purchasing departments to ensure smooth operations
-Prepare and summarize sales reports from all platforms on a daily and monthly basis
Call Center:
-Handle table reservations from individual guests and tour groups via phone, LINE, and email
-Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage (F&B) department
-Organize and file documents, and prepare daily and monthly sales summaries
Operator:
-Manage incoming and outgoing calls, including internal and external lines
-Coordinate communication within and between departments, as well as with external service providers related to customer service
-Assist customers with requests and ensure their needs are addressed promptly
-Perform other duties as assigned
