New Project (NPI) and Change Management

• Led project quality APQP with cross functional team to ensure product meets customer requirement and expectation and prepared PPAP/PSW submission for customer approval.
• Being internal auditor for new model pre-production audit and feedback CAR to team to improve process for customer Run at Rate.
• Training rubber analysis and rubber testing machine operation in AKWEL GEBZE, Turkey.

Laboratory management

• Supervising EPDM rubber analysis and product testing including raw material incoming, in process samples until finished product.
• Managing all equipment in laboratory, planning calibration verification and evaluating the result.
• Initiating and updating all references and standard testing methods as customer requirement.

• Developed and implemented a new laboratory at AKWEL Rayong, Thailand to support running product quality control and measurement.
