1. Control and supervise work according to regulations and working methods for sales unit heads and sales development staff.

2. Review and allocate works to sales unit heads and sales development staff.

3. Control and prepare documents for customer agreement management, such as sample making, pricing, and Sale Contract.

4. In case of product-related issues, follow up, coordinate, and work cross-functionally with procurement, QA, production, and customers.

5. Provide guidance, advice, and consultation to sales unit heads and sales development staff to meet customer requirements.

6. Prepare production bookings for customers for the production planning department.

7. Provide WIP and Capacity to customers weekly or as requested.

8. Prepare Sales Forecast.

9. Present and sell/new customer requirements and find new customers."

1. Prepare Cost Sheet.

2. Control product development works for each season to be accurate, complete, and on time by sourcing cutting and sewing materials for the sample department. Manage customer approval for style and material quality.

3. Check Current BOM and Job BOM of sales production staff in the ERP program.

4. Negotiate production works and set delivery with customers.

5. Monitor sales development and production sales staff responsibilities.

6. In some cases, divide styles and take responsibility similar to sales development staff.

7. Randomly inspect sewing lines to check product accuracy against customer requirements.

1. Study and understand BOM and Package from customers and create Master BOM in the PLM system.

2. Source raw materials (cutting and sewing materials) for pricing.

3. Control the development of assigned style works to be accurate, complete, and on time by sourcing materials, cutting, sewing, and finishing for the sample department. Manage customer approval for style and material quality.

4. Inspect sample accuracy, measure specifications, and provide comments with samples before sending to customers.

5. Negotiate and discuss development issues with customers.

6. Manage customer approval for sample works to order raw materials for production.

7. Amend RM items in the Current Bom and Job Bom when materials are modified in the ERP system.

8. Prepare production documents and pre-production samples on time.

9. Update responsible events in the Fast React program.
