Lead to $10K hard saving / year from test time reduction and $ 2.5K soft saving / year from the increasing of test yield.
  • 2003 Fabrinet Co.Ltd - Six sigma project, Scrap percentage reduction on 9-pins transceiver, Finisar customer. Scrap percentage reduce from 3.0% to be 0.5 % by analysis and improve the tuning algorithm and reduce the failure after seal the units lead to $37K hard saving/year.
  • 2003 Fabrinet Co.Ltd - New project setup, transfer the full series of transceiver and CAT TV panel from Emcore customer. 16 products have been transferred and setup with full turnkey service. Lead to $4 M revenue a year.
  • 2005 Smatrac Technology - New project design and manufacturing setup of E-Passport project. 90 % of prototype satisfied the customer. Lead to huge long term order for the E-Passport book.
  • 2005 Avanex (Thailand) Ltd. - New project & manufacturing setup of the full series of NMS product from Avanex Design center. 8 products has been transfer and setup at contract manufacturing in Thailand. Lead to a significant cost reduction on operation control.
  • 2007 Avanex (Thailand) Ltd - Six sigma project, Yield improvement on the CPL OPM product, 20 % yield increase fter complete analysis on machine performance and part’s specification at supplier. Lead to $1540 hard saving / year from decrease of labor hour and $230K soft saving / year from the increasing of test yield.
  • 2008 Avanex (Thailand) Ltd - Six-sigma project, Test time reduction on the thermal testing of transponder product, reduce the test time from 10 hours testing to be 4 hours testing after analysis the testing method and test result. Lead to double machine capacity and $1M soft saving / year.
  • 2011 Smartrac Technology - Setup and certified the ICAO standard qualification lab for electronics passport
  • 2012-2014 Thai Rich Food Group - Discover and established the new business of frozen dessert / grass jelly beverage in Vietnam, Cambodia and Malaysia. Lead to additional 260 million baht revenue in year 2014.
