• Led financial due diligence for LINE MAN Wongnai’s acquisition of JERA Cloud, supporting expansion into cloud-based and POS solutions.
• Advised global music and entertainment groups on potential acquisitions of leading Thai music labels.
• Led buy-side financial due diligence for the acquisition of a Thai agribusiness company.

Speaking, Training and Thought Leadership

• Invited speaker at a capital markets seminar hosted by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on the topic “The Art of the Deal: Mastering M&A”, sharing practical insights from real transaction experience.
• Speaker at The IB Club, hosting a seminar on “M&A Strategies for the Tech-Driven World”, covering deal trends, valuation considerations, and strategic implications in technology-led transactions.
• Served as a facilitator and instructor for the M&A masterclass delivered to a leading company in the energy and infrastructure sector, focusing on deal structuring, financial analysis, and key transaction considerations.

Responsibilities and achievements:

Piched successfully enhanced the transaction service's revenue by 24% through FDD service after joining Mazars for one year. This success was made achievable by the following elements:

• Effectively expanded the transaction service team from six to twelve members.
• Imparted the fundamental knowledge to each member of staff to sufficiently equip them for progressively complex responsibilities.
• Restructured the financial due diligence report and the proposal template to improve the standard of work.

• Assisted Central Pattana PCL. to acquire Siam Future Development PCL. in a deal worth THB 7.7 billion
• Assisted The One Enterprise Company Limited on their investment in GMM Channel Holding Group in a deal worth THB 2.2 billion.
• Assisted Thai Union Group on their acquisition of Red Lobster Intermediate Holding LLC - a 700+ seafood restaurant chain in the US and Canada.
• Provided sell-side vendor due diligence for LINE MAN (Thailand) Company Limited and Wongnai Media Company Limited regarding their merger and fund raising.
• Assisted in financial due diligence in connection with their contemplating to invest in a well-known Thai cuisine restaurant.
