Asst. Prof. Dr.Jatuporn Meesin
Key techniques: TLC, NMR, Spectroscopy, Organic Synthesis, Electrosynthesis.
• Synthesized 3,4-dihydroisoquinolin-1(2H)-ones from tetrahydroisoquinolines utilizing electrochemical oxidation techniques.
• Optimized reaction parameters by systematically varying experimental conditions to identify the protocol for maximum percentage yield.
• Monitored reaction progress and purified final products using Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC).
• Analyzed chemical structures and confirmed product formation through interpretation of NMR spectroscopy.
