• Locate and recover lost or broken bits, casings, and drill pipes from wells, using special tools.
• Use Hawkjaw, slips, and tongs to properly handle and connect / break sections of drill pipe.
• Make up or break the sections of drill pipe while drilling or removing drill pipe from well bore.
• Assisted in tripping pipe and making connections while running drill pipe, casing, or production tubing.
• Assist driller; make and break connections, lay down drill pipe and run casing.

• Check equipment on the rig floor is maintained to safe standard and assist in pre-use checks.

• Offload and back loading cargo between supply boat and Tender as required from Barge engineer.

• Transfer fuel, Cement, Barite, Rig up rig down rig move Lifting Operation.

• Ensure that all equipment under their control is maintained at all times in a safe condition check equipment on the Tender is maintained to safe standard and assist in pre-use checks.
• Perform maintenance of drilling equipment as required by supervision.
• Performs general rig maintenance Cleaning Tender, Chipping and painting.
