With 9 years of experience in the construction industry, I started my career as a Site Engineer, learning the processes and methods of construction management to align with engineering principles. This experience enabled me to effectively resolve on-site issues while maintaining engineering standards and architectural aesthetics.
After 2 years in the Site Engineer role, I transitioned to a management role, focusing on preparing reinforcement steel for concrete, including cutting and bending steel to meet design specifications and construction standards, as well as overseeing installation. This experience allowed me to accurately plan work and manage labor costs within the budget. Subsequently, I advanced to Assistant Project Engineer, where I was responsible for project planning, cost estimation, and procurement of materials and assets to align with the project's master plan.
Currently, as a Project Engineer, I am responsible for planning, controlling, and procuring materials and assets, as well as addressing on-site issues to ensure projects meet their goals. I am familiar with contractor needs and operational practices, and I excel in team leadership and site management, particularly in structural construction.
