• Design test case and implement system test
• Record/analyze test result and provide feedback to development team
• Perform reporting the defect to the bug tracking system
• Co-ordinate with Developers , SA, and PM to solve software error
• Develop project-related documents such as user acceptance test document and user manual
• Coordinate and facilitate the User Acceptance Test

• Analyzes and defines user problems in the district and coordinates with users to identify problems for the purpose of creating.
• Assists the database administrator for the purpose of maintaining database operation at peak performance, to protect district.
• Attends a variety of meetings for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform job functions.
• Creates queries and reports for the purpose of providing timely and accurate information to customers.
• Learns a variety of new software and enhancements and maintains current knowledge of trends, developments, and products in the software field for the purpose of providing technical support to users, developing district applications, and informing department staff and management of trends to assist in decision-making on hardware and software purchases and software development.

• Create software test plan document and user acceptance test document.
• Prepare test plan that outline product design requirements software and environment planning, develop test cases, and customer interaction.
• Execute test cases, identify problems and help with problem analysis, debug and resolutions.
• Work with software development team, including project manager, analyst and developer, for coordinating test execution.
