• Provide Safety, Occupational Health and Environment plan, budget and manage cost for suitable profit.
• To implemented ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2017 management system in the organization and maintain the system to comply with the requirements and certification.
• Responsible for safety in workplace to ensure all of company safety practices are in compliance with standard and regulation enforced by safety laws.
• To identify hazard / environment aspect and risk assessment including arrange the control method for reduce risk and aspect.
• Arrange safety / environment training programs to new employees and employees in responsible workplace to ensure that they are working with safety condition and a good environment workplace.
• Assist in investigation / analysis of incidents / accident with supervisor and to do the workmen compensation in case of accident occur that concern the working.
• Encourage health promotion and organize physical health check up program for all employee, Thai management and Japanese management in case of concern risk factor before start work, 6 month health check up monitoring including annual check up.
• To ensure all safety equipment and emergency alert systems are available and be ready all the time, by monitoring, operating and to provide notification, communication and coordination in the event of an emergency situation within the company including implemented emergency plan and practice.
• Develop and conduct effectiveness of Safety, Occupational Health and Environment related programs by implementation of efficient industrial hygiene, medical recommendation / actions, HQ objective and target, HQ guideline including their periodic monitoring programs.
• Arrange safety / environment audit program for support the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system, Sony corporate audit and customer audit including follow up corrective and preventive action for non-conformance issue to close its in time.
• Organize SHE activities such as morning talk, safety driving campaign, waste separation, energy & water reduction campaign, anti-drug, exercise, world environment day and Environment CSR.
• Assist to develop and control security system about inside traffic control, company property loss control, visitor route, access control and CCTV.
