- Manage Team and Develop the team to Achieve Goals and Objectives
- Strategic planning Support Banking channels, marketing plan, budget, sales activities and promotion programs
- To develop annual marketing plan, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives
- Monitor team performance by weekly, Monthly to focus sale volume
- To strengthen relationship between with Executives and Bank employees.
- Conduct activities in order to increase sales penetration to Branches/SME/Wealth
- To strengthen relationship between Bancassurance Department to achieve monthly target.
- Sales support BBL Seller, review knowledge, sales skills, and process of opening and closing Product life insurance sales correctly.
- Conduct product knowledge and sale skill training courses to all related parties such as Branch Sellers, Operation, etc...
- Focus on achieving high levels of profitability, growth, retention, professionalism, customer satisfaction and timely business processing
- Responsible for all problem resolution process by co-ordinate with BBL Bancassurance Team and Related Functions in order
- Responsible to sales performance Central region branches (more than 100 branches) to deliver the sales number objective.
- Reporting and analyzing sales data to analyze market information.
- Instruct and train Bancassurance product for all branches in my responsible to achieve sales target
- Strategic plan for Bancassurance channel to deliver the sales number objective.
- Preparing and presenting the sales performance including target and achieving sales number objective.
- Analyze monthly results, identify problems and initiate corrective action.
- Budgeting to support various activities and marketing campaigns.
- Manage business relations with Insurance partner(s).
- Attend regular meeting with partners to plan strategies, collect day-today issues and analyze root cause to find solutions.
- Training Life & Non-Life product to driving sales performance of branches.
- Collaborated with the management team to develop strategic plans for business growth and improvement.
- Reporting and analyzing sales data to analyze market information.
- Establish and manage relationships with insurer(s) to serve competitive products or services, including retain clients with the bank.
- Work closely with other functions; Operations, Legal &Compliance,Marcom and other related functions to achieve overall business plan for the bank.

- Training Product and Sales skills for Bank Officer.
- Support Information and follow up all process for insurance policy complete.
- Providing financial transaction services such as account opening, deposits and withdrawals Opening a credit card, etc.
- Provide financial planning advice Including providing knowledge about investing including getting insurance, life insurance, or opening other savings accounts
- Responsible for preparing a daily list of the bank's financial transactions.
