• Take care of online gas analyzer projects such as Gas chromatography analyzer, Moisture analyzer, Density meter, TDLS analyzer, NDIR analyzer, and Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMs)
• (Brand: ABB, Horiba, SpectraSensors, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Durag, Servomex, O'Brien)
• Clarify the project's scope of work (All materials and installation work)
• Provide the proposal documents to customers
• Coordinate/ negotiate with inland and foreign suppliers to confirm the specifications of products
• Coordinate/ negotiate with inland and foreign customers to sell goods, confirm incoterms to exporting, and confirm the specification of goods
• Manage/ update and follow up on a project schedule with the team and customer
• Solve problems after selling, such as issues about the specification of the analyzer which have to be clarified with the supplier, any issues during factory acceptance test (FAT) before delivery to customers, and the goods late delivery
• Place an order to the supplier and follow up delivery time as scheduled
• Quote the price for equipment, service fees, and preventive maintenance costs
• Update new inquiries with customers
• Follow up and check customer satisfaction after selling and feedback to the factory
• Visit and keep a good relationship with the old customer and present customer, find new inquiries and new project plans
• Find new customers and opportunities to sell products
• Coordinate with the Instrument division, Maintenance division, Procurement engineer division, and sometimes with the Safety division
• Training: Principle, specification, and basic operation of online analyzer
• Base customer: Petrochemical industry, Power plant, EPC (PTTGC, SCG, IRPC, HMC Polymer, UBE, Gulf, Samsung Engineering, TTCL and etc.)

Time: 2 Years

Responsible:

• Find out the root cause of the defect
• Improve the process to increase yield, and control percent yield
• Follow up on the efficiency of the machine and method, then make a report
• Design and control the condition of the process, then issue a control document
• Set up the standard for operation, then issue a control document
• Find new raw materials that have high performance and reasonable cost
• Confirm new material's performance before approval to apply in the process
• Testing and making the summarized report
• Design jig for support product, 2D auto CAD
