- Sourcing new material & Sub-contractor to support project segments industry , Government , Hospital & Healthcare , Industrial , Publics transportation ,Category of product of HVAC Installation, fire protection, BMS & Security System( Software , CCTV , Access controls etc) and Service sub-contractor ( installation both mechanical ,Electrical work ).
- Bidding subcontractor and field project for installation HVAC, Controls fire alarm, BMS & Security.
- Import product from factory to each country. Inventory management at 3PL WH include custom clearance, Inland transportation from end to end customer.
- Pre-bid ,post bid project engagement with customer, provide cost to sale to complete customer offering quotation.
- Segment of project industry , Government sector , Hospital & Healthcare , Industrial , Publics transportation
- Calibrate with APAC team to comply with policy. Control anti-corruption and compliance controls base on policy in SEA supply chain business.
- APAC M&A from procurement & logistics area to complete business merger and acquisition.
- Financial responsibility TWC for all supplier to meet payment term . PTP (Procure to Pay), P&L owner in country both field project & after sale service .
- Subordinate: Direct line 10 persons in the corporate level, 2 logistics persons in Thailand.

- Overall Manage Raw Material Quality for all Manufacturing site in the world of SMARTRAC Group, Working with Commodity Manager to qualify new material / New Sourcing supplier to support business, Under organization of Corporate Purchasing and Supply Chain at Head Quarter which is located in Germany and frequently travel to all supplier who is supply material to SMARTRAC group in the world for process approve, price negotiation, Claim and process audit.
- Supplier development and management to meet company target and also sourcing new supplier, new material to support new project.
