• Supervised and responsible for dividend payment, cash flow management, budgeting, payment and collections, accounting reporting and issues, and financing of the operating entities.
• Supervised and handled business plans, rolling forecasts, and developed key messages to management, C-suites, and directors on business performance topics, identified the key valuation of the business, and, as a partner to the CEO, COO, and CTO, provided consultation and developed value-added strategies.
• Aligned operating policies and operations to the shareholder agreement, articles of association, and related laws. Developed the finance and accounting agenda, and was responsible for the board and shareholders' meetings of the incorporated joint venture.

• Managed the combined operational alignment process by working toward aligning business end-to-end processes, including, but not limited to, TOA, POA, committees, transfer pricing, shared services, budgeting, and payments.

• Reported to the Corporate Secretary, led the corporate secretary team, and had a special assignment to support the CEO, as well as serving as a secretary to the board of directors. Also performed the secretary function for Corporate Governance boards.
• Supervised annual reports by working hand in hand with the IR team, and led the support team for all board-related activities under public company regulations.

• Led the debt financing activity, from project financings to corporate first debentures.

• Turned around the USA's negative margin ready-to-eat businesses by developing pricing structures and monitoring sale-related expenses. Responsible for the strategy and implementation of trade and promotions, along with sales team monitoring, to produce a fruitful performance.

• Developed a green business and distribution strategy, along with recommendations for the two biggest refineries in Thailand, which were presented to the Board of Directors.

• As a commercial team leader, I led and partnered with the technical due diligence team to develop bio-chemical (green business) solutions. The area of expertise was in financing, commercial due diligence, and business feasibility studies.
