Main Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate the activities of the cabin crew.

• Supervise overall in-flight service and service presentation consistent with in-flight standard.

• Responsible for crew service & safety briefing, allocate duties to cabin crew for each flight.

• Addressing complaints and resolving problems and Completing flight reports after

the flight.

· To coordinate with Chinese officer who working in Thailand (Chinese language ).

· To Coordinate between Huawei team (Thai Team) and customer for providing project deliverables.

· Take assistant with project manager to communicate with clients to identify and define project details i.e. plan, deliverables and pre-requisite in telecommunication industry.

· Helping with the documentation of each phase of the project, as well as making summary reports that will be presented to the organization’s management team.

· Conclude minutes of meeting after met with external and internal parties.
