Change Management Lead (Global Banking): Regional Workday Implementation Project

Client is one of the largest banks in Southeast Asia. It has a significant presence in Singapore as well as a significant network of branches and offices in other countries.
Client is on a journey to build “one HR” which brings one experience, one process and one data, enable through Workday platform. The journey started at the Group level, and then now rolled out to 4 Constellation countries including Thailand.
My role here is to

  • Collaborated with Group change team to develop change management strategy and plan and execute change initiatives to enable a successful transition to new way of working
  • Aligned local leadership and change working team with the group approach
  • Leveraged on-site observation and personal interviews to identify Stakeholder, past experience and expectation
  • Conducted Change Impact Assessment Workshops to identify key changes and impacts across people, process, tools and user experience to design stakeholder journey by persona
  • Developed targeted communication plan and materials and set up local change network and monthly engagement activities
  • Developed targeted training plan, materials and conducted training sessions both TTT and EUT
  • Developed change adoption metrics, pre and post experience survey to understand level of readiness and confidence to the changes

Client is one of the largest banks in Thailand. Client is on a journey to build “Digital HR Transformation” considering the changes in HR Operating model, people skills and technology platform. My role here is to

  • Leveraged Accenture change management framework to shape the change vision and defined the change acceptance strategy e.g., using behavior-led approach to drive culture and behavior, creating a holistic training capability uplift, setup change network and change management team, etc.
  • Leveraged findings from HR operating model and skill assessment to conduct Change Impact Assessment Clinic to identify and confirm key changes and impacts across people, process, tools and user experience
  • Develop change initiatives, mitigation and intervention across HR transformation roadmap to enable a successful transition to the target state

Change Management Lead (Telecommunication Client): New OMNI Channel Project

Client is one of Thailand's largest GSM mobile phone operators with 39.87 million customers as of Q3 2016. Founded in April 1985, it started off as a computer rental business, and later became the first company allowed to operate on the GSM-900 frequency. Client is on a journey to reimagine their eCommerce experience which data and process harmonization, enable through new OMNI channel platform. The journey is already started and now launch in June 2023.
My role here is to

  • Led change management efforts in the new eCommerce OMNI channel implementation ensuring smooth transition and adoption to the new platform
  • Understood stakeholder and executed Change Impact Assessment workshop
  • Provided Communication Strategy and Plan
  • Provided Training Need analysis, Training Approach and Plan
  • Created training channel and training template on Confluent and then collaborate with functional and technical team for content completion
  • Assigned to PMO role for a specific period of time to manage change request

  • Direct report to the Group CHRO to set up HR Project Management Officer (PMO) to streamline standard project management process & ease of use template and work closely with all PMs to understand project progress, related risk, and escalated issues that need to be focused in monthly HR Management meeting accros 3-year HR Transformation roadmap
  • Assist the Group CHRO to facilitate strategic planning session with Group CHROall HR CoEs to assess level of HR capabilities and create 3-5 year HR priorities align with Organization Transformation strategy, Understand and map those priorities into project needs, monitor and review HR priorities’ achievement on yearly basis
  • Being a project advisory among all new HR initiatives according to HR Global priorities
