Financial Accounting

• Lead the Accounting team by managing the overall accounting activities including AR, AP, GL, Fixed Asset, Tax, and Reporting.
• Prepare financial statement in compliance with TAS and IFRS.
• Completes external audit by cooperating and providing information for auditors.
• Support the company operation by providing accounting information for the management to make proper business decisions.
• Submit financial statements electronically to The Stock Exchange of Thailand, Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce
• Review Group Reporting Package and supplement reports for Monthly Actual result and Business plan in a timely manner and complied with group policies, accounting standards, statutory regulations.
• Support financial study upon request to support the company's operations and decision-making process ie. new IFRS adoption.

Taxation

• Manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing works.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate income tax, value added tax, withholding tax ,disclosure form and other related taxation.
• Establish appropriate system or processes for tax risk management.

• Plan and implement a new accounting system program for the company.
• Handle for all finance analyst activity.
• Prepare forecasting and budget planning

• Prepare financial statement.
• Prepare and review all accounting documents of the company.
• Managed finance transactions and banking reconciliations.
• Submit corporate income tax, value added tax, withholding tax.
• Responsible for all line of accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Prepare financial statement for management.
• Preparing managerial reports and analysis i.e. sale and cost analysis by segment, profitability by SKUs.
• Managing the budget process and monitoring actual vs plan
• Prepare accounting reports for submission to executives in due time including other reports assigned
