- Key Responsibilities – Germany and Poland Markets
-Manage key accounts in Germany and Poland, focusing on major brands such as Aroy-D, FOCO, COCK, and Uni-Eagle.
-Manage and monitor the overall export process to ensure smooth operations.
-Handle order processing and production planning and coordinate shipment schedules and vessel booking.
-Maintain strong relationships with importers, distributors, and retail customers.
-Monitor competitors and market trends to protect and grow market share. - Monthly and Quarterly Sales Analysis
-Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor business performance and analyze sales volume, revenue and growth rate. - Marketing Strategy and Price Promotion
-Plan and execute marketing activities and promotional campaigns to increase sales volume.
-Develop special price promotions, discounts, and bundle promotions.
-Coordinate with customers for in-store promotions and catalog listings.
-Support online and offline marketing activities. - New Product Introduction and New Product Development
-Present and offer new products to customers to expand product range.
-Work closely with customers to develop new products based on market demand and Study customer requirements and market trends.
-Adjust packaging, labeling, and product specifications to meet EU standards. - Exhibition Participation – Anuga 2025 at Cologne, Germany and THAIFEX-Anuga 2025 at IMPACT Exhibition.
Participate in ANUGA 2025, the world’s leading food and beverage trade fair held in Cologne, Germany.
-Prepare product displays and marketing materials.
-Meet potential buyers and expand new business opportunities.
-Strengthen relationships with existing customers.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis during the event. - Market Survey and Research
-Conduct regular market surveys to understand customer behavior and industry trends.
-Analyze competitor pricing and new product launches.
-Study consumer preferences in Germany and Poland markets.
