1st, General sensors group : Photoelectric sensors, Fiber optic sensors, Laser sensors, Proximity sensors.

2nd, Safety sensors group : Safety light curtain, Safety scanner and Safety door sensors.

3rd, Process sensors group : Flow rate sensors, Pressure sensors, Level sensors, Level sensors and Data recorder.

4th, Communication network group : Ethernet/IP, CC-link and Modbus TCP/RTU.

Job fields :

• Technical Consulting : Supporting sales team and customers by providing the technical information, products functions features of products also troubleshooting on each error occurred from equipments and solving the problems.

• Customer Supporting onsite : Around 1,000 visits with 400 companies for supporting, this point has 2 mains onsite supporting by After sales support activity and Before sales support activity.

>After sale activity, investigate the problem was occurred from equipments also make the root cause of problems step by step to find concern points like a installation, setting, environment and abnormality from equipments then provide the countermeasure and solving the problem by using the technical skill.

>Before sale activity, cooperate with sales team to consult and onsite support to customers then provide the test and analysis for ensure that our products can solve customers problem also expand the market by test and compare our products to replace the competitor products.

*Main customer : All industrial group (Automotive, Electronics, Semi Conductor, Food&Beverage, Cosmetics, OEM maker, etc.)

*Main focus areas : Eastern region

Rayong : Eastern seaborad, Amata city, Map tra put and OEM maker outside industrial area.

Chonburi : Amata nakorn, Leam chabang, Ban bueng, Pin thong and OEM maker outside industrial area.

Chachoengsao : Well grow, Gateway and OEM outside industrial area.

Prachinburi : 304 industrial and Kabinburi.

• Training : Providing product function and knowledge also training course for equipment using.

• Exhibition : Cooperate with marketing department to expand the market, customer contacts by arrange exhibition on customer site and exhibition fair(Ex. Metalex 2024)

Designing Department, Powertrain team , Engine and Drivetrain group.

Drivetrain product : Clutch master cylinder, Clutch release cylinder, Accumulator, Transfer actuator and etc.

• Project management : New model and project

development by following customer requirements

• Cost reduction activity : VA activity, Cost

reduction(CR), Localization by following Q C D method

• Designing : 3D model and 2D drawing check (approval

drawing), ECI, ECR, PCR supporting, Examination issue for survey effect from each department.

• Technical Supporting : Product function, DRBFM,

Product Standard.

• Communication : Price negotiation, Tier down

brainstorming, Reporting.

• Presentation : Kick-off meeting and Regular meeting

with Aisin internal and customer.

• Overseas supporting :

>(Nov'2019) Oversea to Indonesia : Plant touring at Aisin Indonesia and Support CR activity.

>(Dec'2019) Oversea to Indonesia : Visit at Mitsubishi Motor Indonesia.
