● Analyze and disseminate O&E learning and technical know-how across all Issara countries

different O&E teams and individuals as needed
● Oversee CSO partnerships and networks in all countries, tracking grantees, their progress, and
lessons learned
● Share good practices, approaches, and lessons learned between countries

● Lead assigned projects, mainly media-oriented projects and integrated each project with other units
● Build and maintain strong technical working relationships, and inter-linking projects in order to
demonstrate complementarity and interconnection between thematic areas
● Provide technical and contextualized project support, advice and coaching to funded implementing
partners and externally to applicants
● Contribute to the refinement of systems that support effective development and appraisal of
proposals alongside other units and teams
● Provide contextual analysis and contribute to the preparation of reports on the projects being
implemented, contribute to reporting results to the result framework

● Organize quarterly and monthly action plans for pilot courts program.

OSCU and the Project.
● Oversee facilities plans and improvements for pilot courts funded by the Project.
● Work with pilot courts to collect and analyze monthly court data collection and conduct regular
reporting.
● Assist the Project’s Program Specialist to facilitate and provide capacity building for the court judges
and staff.
● Manage Project budget, expenses, and logistics that support pilot court programming.
