  • Lead Thai delegates to participate in FAS's Cochran Fellowship Program in the U.S.in areas of dairy management (1996), feed ingredients (1998 and 2001), agricultural trade policy and negotiations (2002, 2003, 2006, 2016), DDGS (2012), agricultural biotechnology (2015), and ad climatic resilience (2017).
  • Accompany Thai government delegates to conduct a beef audit (2013) and a beef offal audit (2018) in the U.S.
  • Participate in High Level Dialogue on Agricultural Biotechnology (HLDAB) funded by USDA/FAS in Malaysia, Vietnam, and the U.S.
  • Participate in USSEC's Regional Cooperators Conference in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Australia, and Malaysia.

Accomplishment

  • Successfully convinced the Thai government's Customs Department to revoke its plan to adopt reclassification of imported wheat that saved US$ 240 million market for U.S. wheat in Thailand
  • Facilitate a reopen for U.S. boneless beef market in 2006 which was totally banned in 2005
  • Work with the Thai government's Department of Livestock Development to revise its minimum protein content to a level that the U.S. industry can meet the requirement in 2012
  • Facilitate an audit of U.S. production facilities which led to a reopen for U.S. bone-in beef in 2014
