- Updating procurement data, stock inventory, documents, tracker and plan regularly by working with stakeholders from respective donor representatives and CPI local partners for pharmaceuticals supplies and others items
- Keeping all the documents in file according to filing system (Incoming and outgoing Waybills, stock cards, cash reimbursement)
- Negotiating and dealing with suppliers to procure and transport pharmaceuticals, COVID supplies and other commodities
- Assisting to supervisor to organize orientation trainings and support to the Partners on stock management, and Procurement & Logistics activities to ensure compliance with donor Guidelines
- Supporting to develop inventory control system & maintaining minimum medical stock levels of CPI local partners by using Procurement software
- Follow up and monitor necessary documents like waybills and Partners' procurement process as per their and donor guidelines
