• Proactively manage bookings by running reports from system, to clean non needed bookings and to reconfirm last minutes bookings
• Mange rejected bookings, providing suitable alternatives to final clients
• Promote goodwill by being proactive and helpful when dealing with internal clients, suppliers and other departments, to maintain good customer relationship, achieve high level of customer satisfaction and retain customer policy
