I was born in North Okkalapa Township, Yangon Region on (3.12.1992). I'm the middle of three siblings. In 2017, I received Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Dagon University, and in 2019, I received Master of Laws (LL.M) with a thesis on the comparative study of Myanmar's constitutional laws.
In 2020 March, I was appointed as the Deputy township judge, and served in Bago Region, Monyo Township with Judge number (TA-3776).
The military council of the terrorist was military coup on February 1, 2021. I'm the first Civil Disobedience Movement-CDM judge in Myanmar and to issue statement on February 2, 2021. Conducting a non-violent civil disobedience campaign from February to June; Establishing a plan to lead protests; compilation of lists of CDM judges and court staff; Assisting in CRPH's CDM support issues; In the presence of the KNU, basic military training and assistance in armed resistance activities were carried out.
Then in 2021, On June 26th, I was arrested by the Terrorist Military Council and sentenced to 3 years in prison under Section 505-a of the Penal Code by the Insein Prison Military Court. I was released from Insein prison on October (18) after four months of arrest.
After that, I drafted the constitution of the Public Legal Employees Organization for the whole of Myanmar and started establishing it with my colleagues. The organization was established on (10.11.2021) by the Ministry of Justice's announcement No. (6/2021). I am the secretary of the organization and Served as Public Relations Officer from the time of establishment until (12.2.2022).
I was a permanent secretary in the Ministry of Justice from (7.1.2022) to (5.8.2023). From (5.8.2023) to (23.3.2024) served as the second permanent secretary. Writing instructions to clarify the tasks of the department during the time of service; Courts law offices; Establishment of prisons and necessary departments; Appointment of necessary staff; The law on which the government sought advice policy Drafting directives and providing other necessary legal recommendations were carried out effectively and successfully. In addition, working to ensure the welfare of the internal employees; I have made every effort to support the CDM staff.
I can master the domestic laws, including the constitutions of Myanmar, and can effectively draft and recommend laws. An expert in combining legal education with technical assistance and is proficient in the use of computers.
