I’m originally from Peru, in 2000 I moved myself to Saint Petersburg, Russia. In 2011 I arrived to Phuket, Thailand and since then I have been working into the tourism industry of Thailand for the last 13 years, during this time I have gained experience in leading excursions, training staff, developing excursion programs and routes for new destinations and others. I am not afraid to take responsibility and solve problems that arise, I learn very quickly and I always open to new ideas, opportunities and challenges. - My responsibilities included to train to new guides to work with different kind of speedboats, to explain the way to run an excursion, to teach and to give different options to solve problems in hard and special situations with guests from different nationalities
- I also designed a safety plan to be applied in the pier, before departing to the islands, during the excursion and after that
- I also provided the working schedule, program supporting and trips monitoring from the start to the end.
