Culinary exploration

I love cooking just as I love teaching. As teaching needs creativity and so is cooking. You have to learn to play around with your ingredients to create a palatable and enjoyable dish that is welcoming to everyone's pallet. It is a joy to see friends and family enjoying the food I made for them. It is a joy to serve others other than myself.
