Monitor over all activity of Operation and BD job in Songkhla branch office.

-To offer/quote the rate to overseas agent.

-To be responsible to Sea/Air freight both export and import job which coordinated with all concerned parties such as overseas agent , local customer, shipping line, broker team, and transportation team,issue Bill of lading /Debit note / Local charge invoice.

-To be responsible for weekly report to GM and P&L report to
Accounting Department.

-To be responsible to Seafreight Export job. Coordinated with all concerned parties such as overseas agent , local customer, shipping line, broker team, and transportation team, issue Bill of lading /Debit note / Local charge invoice along with filling AMS and ACI for shipment to USA and Canada lane.

-To preparing the P&L report to Accounting department.

-To coordinated with airline & Master loader for getting the best rate for Sales team and company.
-To support Sales teams and Air Export teams to take care of air export shipment.

-To be responsible to air frieght shipment both Import & Export , do space booking, issue Mawb/ Hawb & Debit note /invoice, dealing with overseas agent , local customer, shipping team and transportation team.
