• Responsibility on crew scheduling methods to ensure compliance of flight times limitations and minimum rest requirements, pilot license and needed qualification are fulfilled to include also operational and /or technical issues related to dispatch
• Morning the overall balance in flight crew rosters and assessing the overall efficiency of flight crew utilization in terms of flight and duty hours in relation to the flying program to identify and suggest improvements on restoring and crewing methodology
• Responsibility on all pilot administrative To ensure the closure of all internal and external audits finding relative to area of control
• Coordinating with supporting division for all operational and/or technical issues related to the ground operations and cargo.

• To manage for the develop and maintain professional standards of Thai lion Air flight operation to ensure compliance with applicable regulations of the operator and requirement of CAAT, IATA (IOSA) and applicable authorities
• Manage and oversee the design, development, production, and revision of the Operations Manual, including ensuring that aircraft publication amendments (e.g., )related Manufacture Manual, CCM, FDM, Checklist, etc.) are reviewed to ensure that all publications are updated, accurate, and conforming to aviation regulatory requirements.
