• Controlling the drama production budget to meet the targets as planned
• Collaboration with director, the production team for Petty cash disbursement ( Pre-production, Production, Post Production ) in order to set budget goals and budget tracking

• Preparation an annual financial budget, such as Capex, Opex
• Forecasting financial needs throughout the year and ensure all budgets and financial processes align with company goals.

• Controlling the drama production budget to meet the targets as planned

• Design data structures and report formats to support business need
• Keep tracking all strategies in operational plans according to business priorities and within budget

• Manage service revenue financial summary, or overall market information for review to RS Top Management
• Establish and present budget/cost management control, monthly service revenue, and year plan for RS digital service to RS Top management
• Co-operate with Operator Billing & Accounting and prepare invoice reports between RS Account and Operator & Partners
• Analyze digital product and service transactional reports, financial statements, and other performance indicator data to figure out market, business trends and recommend solutions for creating opportunity to achieve more revenue
• Design data structures and report formats to support business needs
• Keep tracking all strategies in operational plans according to business priorities and within budget
• Monitor Consumer behavior by tracking subscription and download time with media spending to analyze media efficiency
