Thaipost COD Payment Management System:

Developed and managed the COD payment processing system for Thailand Post, overseeing payment reconciliation, settlement, and fund transfers via the Wallet@Post e-wallet application. Designed and implemented an Admin Portal to manage customer data, Thailand Post staff, branches, and other key business information

• Collaborated with the management team to develop strategic plans for improving COD payment management.
• Led business impact analysis for API changes and system enhancements.

🔹 Feature Enhancement & Security:

• Designed and implemented a secure authentication flow using 2FA - TOTP, OAuth, and AWS Cognito, enhancing system security and user access management.

• Designed BPMN workflows to streamline COD payment, reconciliation, and settlement processes.
• Established approval workflows (TM, TRR Process) for new feature rollouts, ensuring compliance with internal governance.

🔹 Technical & Solution Design:

• Designed and documented RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with cloud-based applications.
• Created and maintained C4 models, ER diagrams, solution architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, and product canvas diagrams to optimize business and system processes.

🔹 Project Execution & Agile Practices:

• Led an Agile Scrum workflow, using JIRA for project management and Confluence for technical documentation.
• Used Swagger Macro to document API specifications, ensuring clear technical alignment.
• Collaborated with stakeholders to define user stories and acceptance criteria, bridging business and technical requirements.

• Excise Department - Hydrocarbon Solvent Control and Monitoring System: My team designed this system to manage the application of requesting permission for a tax exemption
• This system was used by manufacturers, importers, agents, and users
• Rights and Liberties Protection Department (RLPD) - Disbursement Compensation System: My team designed this system to manage the storage and payment of reimbursement information for legal counsel at the investigation level
• The accused juveniles and family cases were provided by the state to the legal counsel, and this disbursement compensation system was used to facilitate this transaction
• Central Institute of Forensic Science - Starlims System: The system was designed to manage forensic intelligence data. I contributed by resolving technical issues and implementing user-requested enhancements to improve system performance
• I also added functions requested by users to improve system performance
• CIR System (Central Identity Repository): A centralized database for storing personal identity information to track missing persons and unidentified bodies. I played a key role in maintaining system stability, preventing technical errors, and enhancing functionality based on user requirements.
• FIS System (Forensic Investigation System): Collaborated with my team to design a system for storing and retrieving investigative reports from agencies outside the Ministry of Justice, streamlining access to forensic data
• E-Service System: Developed to facilitate online investigative service requests for both the public and government agencies. My team contributed to designing the system to improve accessibility and efficiency in handling service requests.
• FSSC System (Forensic Science Service Center): Designed as a central data hub for forensic science services, supporting investigations and criminal proceedings. The system enables legal authorities to efficiently administer and store forensic investigative data.

• - mPOS System: The system is allowing a small business owner to conduct transactions by using any smartphone or tablet or dedicated wireless device that performs the functions of a cash register or electronic point of sale terminal

• Ocean Life Insurance (Thai Samut) - Evaluate & Check The risk of money laundering System: I designed this system to evaluate and check the risk of money laundering through customer information such as Identification Number, Full Name, and Information of Policy compared to the Database from AMLO
