I was entrusted with the opportunity to internship as a Sales Coordinator at InterContinental Phuket Resort, where I supported the Sales team in handling high-profile clientele. My responsibilities included coordinating with outsourced vendors and external event organizers, conducting hotel inspections for VIP guests, and ensuring seamless communication between departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with luxury brand standards.
I further strengthened my expertise through a six-month internship at Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort in the Food & Beverage division. During this period, I developed comprehensive knowledge of restaurant and bar sales & marketing strategies, revenue enhancement, and premium guest service standards within a luxury hospitality environment.
Upon completion of my internship, I was appointed to a full-time position in the Banquet Department. I successfully executed large-scale, high-profile corporate and luxury brand events, consistently maintaining exceptional service standards under operational pressure, including limited manpower situations. I am recognized for my ability to remain composed, resolve challenges efficiently, and uphold impeccable service delivery without operational disruption.
