• Started and built all operations from the day one to 500 employees and 2000 orders delivered per day.
• Built a chain of dark stores in Germany, delivering orders in more than a 100 german cities
• Built the most effective and unique delivery model on the market based on routing and orders batching, average 5 orders per courier per trip
• Together with a team built assortment and supply chain to fulfill it. Reached AOV of 27 EUR and 32% gross margin
• Built operations inside dark stores - management, picking, quality control. Reached 97% accuracy in orders fulfillment and average 8,5 sec per article picking time
• Built automated recruiting, employees control and payroll systems based on in-house made IT solutions
• Built and supervised other company divisions: R&D, Support, Training, Regional Management, Back-Office and Administration
