· Investigation and analysis of bearings from customer to identify the cause of damage.

· Developing engineering specifications to ensure that investigation meets reliability and quality standards.

· Designing and modifying jigs for testing bearings.

· Conducting evaluation test for assurance of the bearing performance and life with actual testing condition before mass production.

· Responsible for the measuring equipments such as SEM, Surface texture, FFT Analyzer, Hardness testing machine, Roundness testing machine, Infrared spectrometer, Moisture Meter and NB4.

· Maintaining equipments and testing machines for reliability.

· Reading drawings to make pattern for cover.

· The work plan for completion on schedule.

· Making documents such as PPAP (ECR, Process change request, FMEA, Process flowchart and control plan), APQP, ATIS, SDS and packing standard.

· Following up including dealing with customers.

· Trial of products before mass production.

· Analyzing problems when the damage occurred and finding solutions for customer.

· Designing jig concept and CF for checking prototype.

· Auditing supplier quality.

· Co-checking parts with customers for discussing problem or color check of material.
