Field Scientist- Manage Fungicide, Biologicals and SAT Projects

Strong execution on key FS projects in Disease management, Biological and SAT

• Drive projects of fungicide, biological and SAT as principle biologist on FTMS, protocol review, data observation, ARM, trial review, data summarization with all key stakeholders.
• Manage good quality trials to meet high standard.
• Proactively and timely run registration trials of approved protocols covering.

Upgrade technical knowledge to FS team and commercial team

• Understanding technical knowledge and transfer knowledge to team (Protocol writing, trial methodology, Assessment)
• Transfer knowledge to team on Fungicide and Biologicial technicial information.
• Organize field tour and field school on site and virtual in SEAPK for getting technical knowledge.
• Make sure commercial team will get advance knowledge and confident on product performance by product knowledge transfer.
• Develop phenology chart and spray program for Thailand.

Represent field science as technical champion internally and externally

• Engagement on Field school, Field tour, LPCT on technical transfer session and technical product transfer.
• Technical support to country commercial team as technical hub and transfer technical information to customer.

• Responsible for managing and executing experimental trials for new formulation compounds.
• Drive projects of Herbicide, fungicide, Insecticide and biological as principle biologist on protocol review, data observation, ARM, trial review, data summarization with all key stakeholders.
• Organize field tour and field school on site and virtual in SEAPK for getting technical knowledge.
• Manage good quality trials to meet high standard.

• Drive projects of soil improvement as principle biologist on protocol review, data observation, trial review, data summarization with all key stakeholders.
• Responsible for managing and allocating budgets efficiently for each project.
• Collaborated closely with the research and development team to identify opportunities for future product enhancements, ensuring a proactive approach to innovation.

• Conducted hazardous substance registration trials, including insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, and
  plant growth regulators.
• Planned and managed regulatory registration activities while coordinating with officers from the
  Department of Agriculture.
• Supported the reception and on-site guidance of Department of Agriculture officers during field trial
  evaluations.
