Responsibilities:

• Provide elegant and professional service within a luxury dining environment, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of the menu and beverage offerings.
• Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages in accordance with the highest service standards.
• Consistently uphold the highest levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and brand presentation in all service areas.

Responsibilities:

• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes using the Opera system for lounge visitors.
• Prepare and set up food presentations for guests, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour.
• Greet and welcome Club Lounge guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient level of service.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with various hotel departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
