- During my years at this company, the primary goal was to teach English using direct method and task-based learning while providing a fun environment
- Early in my career I focused more on kindergarten (conversation and phonics) and as my career progressed more, Prathom classes were requested and taught
- My duties were to learn and understand the curriculum beforehand (target language, vocabulary, methodologies, songs, games), adapt the provided lesson plans to best fit the students’ English level, culture and classroom environment, prepare the necessary resources (flashcards, game materials, art and crafts, scripts and worksheets, cutouts and materials for student projects) the day before or earlier and assist Thai teachers in classroom management
