Jirayu Earkul

• Support on material preparation for Direct injection process (PU, TPU, Adhesive and primer, release agent, color paste, etc.).
• Follow up and report about PU, color paste, and release agent consumption.
• Follow up on calibrations of PSA and pumps according to procedure.
• Support on making introduction of new groups and articles to production team.
• Prepare working instruction and guidelines for production.
• Apply safety awareness by follow safe practices in workplace and by strictly complying with ECCO Safety policy at all times.

• Ensure incoming entry materials are conducted inspection and well control to ECCO standard.
• Ensure the nonconformity materials are blocked and communicate to related team.
• Ensure all ECCO quality system are implemented and maintained.
• Ability to check color and access into the system to manage quality materials.
• Cooperate with material approval, laboratory, and other relevant section/department to avoid sending the imperfect material to production.
• Supervise Entry control team to provide their best efficiency.

Product Development (PD)

• Responsible for new PD Meeting once received DM ,TF and Lab result from NL or BM.
• Follow up PD status since start PD until get approved and ensure any PD will not delay or missing.
• Update information on PLM once PD get approved.
• Trial finishing recipe to improve cost savings and quality and follow up when implement to production.
• Follow up Singed skin after PD get approved.
• Follow up any extra master skin requirement from other unit.

Quality

• Ensure to deliver good quality and correct standard leather.
• Follow up claim report and present at Quality/Production issues/Yield & Waste meeting.
• Follow up and send out Sample and Production output reports.
• Check substance, softness, color, and article every lot before grading.
• Communicate with finishing/re-tanning teams to inform any issue and repair process.
• Ensure that lab results reach to customer standard before send out.
• Supervise grading team to provide their best efficiency.

Finishing

• Responsible for product development making follow design master supervised by R&D manager.
• Do improvement trials to improve quality and lab results.
• Simplify finishing recipe and chemical consumption cost saving.
• Study properties of chemicals and each operation including spraying technique and color matching.

Laboratory

• Responsible for sending samples to ELBV for RCS testing.
• Responsible for Cr(VI) and waterproof reports.
• Sharing product development lab results to technical team.
• Update lab status to supply chain department according to shipping plan.
• Study of testing methods (ECCO method, SATRA, ISO, etc.)

Wet-blue and Re-tanning

• Study wet-blue selection and shaving processes including wet-blue storage.
• Study Re-tanning process, its chemicals, color dye stuff including color matching.

• Research and conduct the experiment on Fabrication of metal matrix composite by friction stir processing.
