To Manage and control a product transferring to internal Swarovski manufacturers and External Manufacturers

1.Control and manage for preparation of transferring required material (e.g. master model, sample tooling) and document according to plan and priorities

2.To allocate a techniques and technologies for the Internal and External manufacturers, including manage and control for all required training's material and documents with coordinate with Manufacturing Network Manufacturer Development function

3.To manage Engineering with new development product to develop with current technique and new Technique and to execution on mass Swarovski manufacturing Thailand and provide PPAP for control product & process for ensure with stable capability

5.To support with BCM task of COVID on 2020 until 2022 for set up system in factory

To organize and manage Thailand factory and Vietnam factor to produce the same standardization and work man ship

1.To implement / control that standardized production workmanship methods/ operations are utilized effectively according to standard routing with feedback for continuous improvement Production Orientation

2.The scope of Manufacturing Network Training & Development covers (not limited to):

o Production Technical Training

o Production On-the-job Training

o Production Standardization i.e. workmanship, operations, JD, Work Instruction, Basic Disciplines etc.

o Job Grading of Production Operations Routing / Standard time Feedback

· To organize the Sample team to produce the 1st photo type and photo shooting with new development and training team for training the new operator before release to mass production.

· To work with Standard quality requirement and set up standardize production workmanship methods and operations are utilized effectively according to standard routing with feedback for continuous improvement for new operator, current operator, external colleague with company

· To cooperate and train global people with the production basic training and training network with Vietnam Factory.

To organize production man power to produce and achieve the quantity requirement and efficiency in mass production by standard requirement

· To control the direct and indirect operator for produced product around 500 persons for whole process (Mold making/Waxing/Plating / Preplate/Postplate)

· To control the usage indirect component in MJ4 as the company standard

· To manage all production supervisors to achieve the output and control the scrap & rework in process
