• Started as Instructor in November 2022 I was promoted to Lead Instructor in March 2023 and I took over the Manager role from September 2023
• For the past one year I was managing one of the biggest diving center on the island – 2 locations, 20-25 instructors, 10 supporting staff, 2 big boats (50 - 60 people capacity)
• Overseeing daily operation including:

o Planning for the next day and effectively communicating the plan to the entire team.

• Preparing weekly and monthly schedules.
• Ensuring all equipment was in optimal condition and safe for use.

o Addressed customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and positive reviews.

o Ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.

• Organized and conducted PADI courses, from beginner to advanced levels, ensuring adherence to safety standards and course guidelines.
• Guided certified divers on recreational dives, offering expert knowledge of local dive sites and marine life.

• Conducted a variety of PADI courses, including Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, and Divemaster.
• Guided certified divers on exploration dives, highlighting points of interest and ensuring safety.
• Assisted in equipment maintenance and repairs, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of the dive center.
• Collaborated with other instructors to plan and execute special events and group dives.
• Provided exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients.
