A Chevening scholar, LSE and UN University educated policy specialist with 10 years’ experience working for international development organizations and think tanks in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, focusing on public policy, project management, sustainable development, policy and multi-stakeholder engagement. Result-oriented and passionate about delivering social impacts and development through public-private partnership.
-Lead the development of the country strategy for Vietnam in consultation with the Tara programme directors and partners.
-Lead the development of an ecosystem of a diversified partners in Vietnam to contribute to the energy transition in the country
-Lead coordination among partners within the country to ensure Tara achieves outcomes that are larger than the sum of the individual partners’ efforts.
-Lead the coordination with other Tara counterparts in the region to ensure coordination of efforts within the region.
-Lead the grant management of a porfolio of 2.7 million USD with more than 20 partners
Framework for ASEAN-China Environmental Cooperation Strategy and Action Plan (2021-2025): Contributed to and reviewed the framework; consulted with national stakeholders on the framework and its implementation.
• Overall management of Hue Help Office in Vietnam, oversaw implementation and management of three programs supporting disadvantaged children in Thua Thien Hue Province
• Represented and promoted the interests of Hue Help to its stakeholders including donors, local authorities, media, supporting groups, organizations and individuals
