In my current role, I support five teachers and work closely with two other technicians and students. I continuously develop my own skills and knowledge while assisting teachers and support staff with their professional growth. Teachers and students often approach me first for help because of my willingness to assist and my expertise in tools, machines, and software. I also provide guidance to students working on projects for Key Stage 3, GCSEs and A Levels, helping them with equipment such as 3D printers, laser cutters, and woodworking/metal tools and machines.
Some of my key skills include:
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools such as Fusion 360 and 2D Design.
• Expertise in 3D printing, CNC machines, metalwork, and woodworking.
• Strong organisational skills, including multitasking, managing inventory, and ordering equipment, with established supplier relationships in both Thailand and the UK. I was entrusted by the Head of Department to attend a CNC machine trade fair in Bangkok, where I successfully selected and negotiated the purchase of a high-value CNC router – the largest purchase in the department’s history.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Recent certification from the Design and Technology Association Health & Safety course in Singapore.

Owner and Operator, PuiComputer Shop Phetchabun Province, Thailand

• Managed all aspects of a small-town computer shop, including inventory management, sourcing products, repairing computers, and providing network design and management services.
• Serviced schools and government offices, expanding customer base to neighboring districts.
• Successfully handled all tasks independently, earning a reputation for reliability and quality service among local institutions.

Network Installation and Configuration Technician

• Tasked with installing and configuring routers for both WAN networks and internal office networks, connecting branch offices across Northern Thailand with the main server for the Social Security Office's Unemployment Insurance Project under the Ministry of Labor.
• Managed a similar project for KBank, ensuring connectivity for all branches and ATM machines throughout Northern Thailand.
• Operated under the management of IBM Thailand, as a subcontractor for IBM, demonstrating proficiency in handling large-scale network infrastructure projects.
