I worked for ten years at a Japanese and Western confectionery shop, where I was involved in both production and customer service. I later gained experience in large-scale meal preparation at a welfare facility for the elderly and people with disabilities, handling up to 1,000 meals per day. With a national cook license, I have strong knowledge and practical experience in hygiene management, large-volume cooking, and confectionery production. Above all, I value creating smiles by providing delicious food and sincere, attentive service to every customer.
