· Ensure that hotel’s images, information, descriptions in all electronic channels are up to date
· Develops working relationships with 3rd Party OTA to solicit business opportunities
· Key contact for all the consortia accounts/queries: Virtuoso, Amex Fine Hotels & Resort, Serandipians, Select Hotels (Travel Leader), Serandipians, The Edit by Chase.
· Providing professional advisory to Area Director of Sales and Marketing and Area Director of Revenue Management on online strategy and action plan and any other projects/duties as and when assigned.
· To regularly conduct OTA’s market analysis and provide accurate diagnostic reports periodically
· Ensure that timely and accurate submission of all OTA’s related reports generated.
· Grows 3rd Party OTA in terms of Revenue and Room nights.
· Ensure that the hotel’s images, information, descriptions in all electronic channels are up to date.
· Performs frequently competitive check and make sure that our rates/offers are competitive with the Market.
· Minimal rate parity issue between B2C and B2B.
· Maintain ongoing communication with key local and regional online travel accounts to ensure constant, active presence as well as production.
