• Leading a thriving and growing Junior School – inclusive of Pre-Nursery through to Year 6 (current Junior School population is 700 students, and around 150 staff).

• Supported teachers to develop an engaging and innovative curriculum, promoting holistic learning opportunities for all students.
• Working alongside colleagues in the College Leadership Team to create and deliver on a strategic vision for the whole College, ensuring the journey of every child is seamless as they move through our school.

• Led development of 4-form entry junior school within all-through college, enhancing educational experience for years 3 to 6.
• Developed the culture and ethos of the school, ensuring all staff and students felt supported to achieve their full potential.

• Oversaw school operations, supported and coached teachers, developed creative curriculum across federation, and led assessment initiatives.
