- Synchronized and facilitated 7 product teams in the development and launch of a DBS B2C (new delivery scheme).

- I plan the entire portfolio on a quarterly basis using OKR methodology. Based on the results of planning, I have implemented changes in OKR process of whole company.
- Conducted a process audit in the logistics cluster (13 teams) and implemented new processes based on its results - they allowed the cluster to expand with full preservation of development quality and validation from management.
