Summary

I have been teaching English for almost a year, helping students of all levels improve their language skills. Before becoming a teacher, I worked in customer service, where I learned how to communicate effectively and solve problems. I also have experience as an interpreter, where I helped people understand each other in different situations, like medical or legal matters.

In my previous job at Nike.com, I assisted customers with their orders and made sure they were happy with their purchases. I also investigated any issues they had and helped resolve them. Before that, I worked at Capital One, where I helped keep customers' bank accounts safe from fraud.

I am currently studying Computer Science, where I'm learning about programming languages and technology. I'm passionate about learning and always looking for ways to improve my teaching skills.

We contacted the carriers, escalated the cases and filed reports using excel to ensure the proper handling of their orders

I also provided refunds or reshipments depending on which was the necessary step to take after the investigation was over.

I also started investigations regarding fraudulent activity on orders done with the customer's credit cards
