I’m currently working as a Customer Quality Engineer supporting overseas customers. I usually communicate via email and set meetings on Microsoft Teams when clarification is needed. I often face new challenges when customers want to improve design/process for better efficiency and cost reduction while I negotiations their claim to ensure fair resolution. I’m familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. I like using Excel formula, VBA, and AI to reduce workload, collect, and analyze the data. My current TOEIC score is 770.
I would like to work in a company that supports knowledge growth and work-life balance in a workplace surrounded by international colleagues so I can continuously improve my language skills.
