• Introduced CI/CD practices into the TechOps environment by adapting the existing DevOps architecture, deploying dedicated GitLab Runners and building automated pipelines integrated with Docker Swarm.
• Used GitLab APIs to connect legacy systems with modern deployment workflows, enabling internal tools for TechOps and business teams such as Marketing and Customer Care.
• Coordinated technical and business teams during the migration to a new CRM platform, ensuring required test cases were completed and reporting progress, issues and risks to technical leadership.

• Evaluated the migration of Docker Compose workloads to AWS and identified technical limitations, costs and architecture changes required to support temporary scaling during high-demand events.
• Developed ZetaCoder, a live video transcoding solution using FFmpeg, GPU acceleration and Unified Streaming, designed as a lower-cost alternative for small and medium-sized customers.
• Automated the installation and configuration of ZetaCoder environments with Ansible, improving deployment consistency and reducing manual setup work.
• Built an automated Quality of Experience monitoring platform using Python, Pyppeteer and Elastic Stack to validate user navigation, page behavior and DASH/HLS video profiles.

• Built a physical and virtual laboratory for overlay routing and Software-Defined Networking experiments, turning theoretical research requirements into a working test environment.

• Developed network simulations and routing algorithms using Python and Mininet, researching unfamiliar technologies and working with external technical experts when needed.

• Co-authored two IEEE conference papers on Software-Defined Networking, overlay routing and Quality of Service, contributing to simulations, practical implementation and technical validation.
