- Guest Relations: Ensure excellent customer service and handle any guest complaints or issues that may arise.
- Budget Management: Develop and managehotel's budget, including setting financial targets, monitoring expenses, and maximizing revenue.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop strategies to increase hotel revenue, including advertising, promotions, and special events.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the hotel meets all quality and cleanliness standards, including regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
- Safety and Security: Implement and maintain safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed.
- Training and Development: Train and develop hotel staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.

Managing day to day IT operations.
- Developing/leading technical strategies to support business goals
- Leading/managing diverse teams of technical professionals in matrix managed environments incl. offshore teams and in-house support teams (globally) incl. setting/driving/monitoring/reporting KPIs
- Negotiating large operational contracts with external vendors incl. current and future vendors
- Scoping/planning/managing/implementing fully tested global IT projects, on time/budget/specification
- Financial Management of large project and operational budgets incl. setting/controlling/reporting
- Driving continuous improvement to consistently improve performance & reduce costs incl. automation
- Ensuring all Risk and Governance standards and processes are adhered to, always

- IT consulting for SMB clients.
- Advising, installing and maintaining IT infrastructure.

Providing administrative services for the SMB market:
- Answering phone calls for customers
- Keeping agenda up to date
- Providing translation services to customers
- Helping customers to have their promotional material up to date
